Description
The training system is divided into two section, which is split heat pump air conditioners and direct cooling refrigerators, covering training topics related to installation, piping design and welding, wiring, pressure holding, leak detection, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and refrigerant recovery involved in refrigeration technology.
The training system has an open platform which intuitively shows separately refrigerator & air conditioning system structure and working principles. The user can clearly see the refrigeration structure and their major components.
The equipment is designed in modular structure with separate electrical control system and refrigeration systems, and are installed with measuring terminal point, testing terminal and output connecting terminals in electrical system for students to independently conduct wiring, testing, running and other operations.
The split air conditioner in the system has cooling, heating, dehumidification, and automatic working modes. The direct cooling refrigerator has standard, energy-saving, and quick-freeze working modes.
Features
The electrical control system has modular design and consists of four modules: power supply and instrument module, split air conditioner electrical assessment module, GR-204E refrigerator electronic temperature control electrical assessment module, and smart refrigerator temperature control electrical assessment module.
The entire table top of the training device is built using aluminum profiles to meet the requirements of the equipment for welding operations. Below the table top is a oil / water collection tray that collects condensed water and refrigeration oil during assembly training.
Patented design of copper tube fixing clamp, can effectively fix each movable joint of the refrigeration system, reduce component damage caused by repeated disassembly and assembly of the pipeline during welding training.
Refrigerator & Air conditioning control module comes with fault trigger control, to simulate electrical fault on actual system.
