Description
YL-569 is a training equipment design for maintenance and retrofitting training purpose for CNC machine. The equipment is divided into 2 modules: 1. Machine mechanical body, and 2. Machine electrical control cabinet. The separated module gives a clear illustration to students on machine mechanical and electrical part and provide real hands on experience of using the machine controls in a safe classroom environment. This educational package will prepare our future engineers to be able take on a roll as machine builder and service engineer for the most common machine controls.
Industrial actual 2 axis CNC turning machine is used, with complete parts and components include 2 axis slant bed, spindle, tool change turret, tailstock, lubrication system and precision ballscrews on X,Z axis. All axis is ready installed with servo motors and spindle motor is attached to the headstock..
The entire electrical related control system and components are assembled on an easy mobilisation frame with lockable castor wheels. Cable and wiring connection between electrical control cabinet and machine body is made with removable socket plug.
Components of a CNC control system includes main CPU unit with LCD display, I/O module, operation panel, X, Y and Z axis servo drive, spindle drive, I/O distribution board, relays, contactors and wiring terminals are properly mounted on electrical cabinet frame with transparent door.
All wiring is clearly labelled for maintenance and inspection purpose.
