YL-210 Power Workbench with Assembly Panel

Description

• The workbench includes a power console unit with AC/DC output power supply and also a vertical assembly panel that enable experiment to be carried out in an user friendly and space saving environment.

• A convenient system where by all the power supply sources from its steel structure console panel can be accessed safely via 4mm safety jack. Each module on the console comprises of clearly labelled identification with built-in accessible connectors & wiring points.

• The assembly panel Is built of multi-function mounting panel (mesh board). Various components, devices and parts selected during the training can be easily installed on the mesh board, which is convenient and flexible. This mounting panel sits on 35mm x 35mm aluminium profiles and sliding grooves, so it can be dismantled easily to perform a quick change with other units.

• 30mm×30mm formed square steel bar is used as the main frame material of the equipment, welded to the base and panel frame. Its surface is treated with high-temperature resistance powder coating, which is effective for rust prevention and insulation.

• The benchtop table is built from high density 25mm thickness highly compressed chipboard. The surface is laminated with scratch- resistant & non-abrasive melamine resin lamination as protection and also to improve the insulation level. The bottom of the bench table is equipped with 4 lockable castor wheels for easy mobilization of the equipment. On the storage cabinet, there are 3 drawers on the left side for storing tools and training materials. The double swing door compartment on the right side can store two extra mounting board at the same time.

• For electrical protection wise, the system incorporates uncompromised safety features to protect the unit and also the operator against any unwanted occurrence.
