YL-777 Elevator Installation and Maintenance Trainer

Description

• This is an educational training model of a 2 level elevator, with size scaled down to 3:2 compared to an actual elevator. The training syllabus of the elevator consists of operating procedure of the elevator and also how to perform the minor (scheduled and preventive) and major (corrective) maintenance. The system is design and built by heavy duty machine parts adopting present mainstream standard parts of a lift to form a complete set of training system. All parts and training syllabus in installation, debugging and operation strictly comply and implement relevant national technical standard.

• This unit consists of steel structure hoist way, a traction system, a guiding system, an elevator room, door system, weight balancer system, electric control carrying system, control system and safety protection system

• Creates the real environment for elevator installation, repair and maintenance.

• Traction machines, guide rails, speed limiters, safety clamp, bumpers and other components are built by using standard lift components. The design strictly implements relevant national technical standards and safety regulations.

• Added detection and protection function of Unintended Car Movement Protection (i.e. UCMP device), room door protection function and monitoring function for door lock bypass.

• The control system adapts VVVF microcomputer elevator control.
