Description
Consists of a compact trainer designed to familiarize students with the fundamentals of motion control & its positioning system.
The training system features a single-axis ball screw-driven linear positioning system, a motor controller, control panel and can be optionally equip with PLC control.
It has a moving carriage, 3 position-detect-sensors, a motor and a rotary encoder mounted on a common shaft. The carriage is commanded to run and stop at the 3 positions and its distance is verified by position counted by signal from rotary encoder.
Motor speed control can be achieved in several ways: by using the optional PLC controller, or an analog speed regulator controller on the operation panel.
